Sir/Mam I tried the installation process of MinGW-W64 as mam has done in the lecture. But, the problem is that mam has downloaded software from the same site and after going through the same process I have downloaded / I have got zip file. And I don’t have idea what to do kindly help me out as soon as possible.
And also kindly provide a video based on installation of Eclipse and Wing. of latest version.
Extract the file 
by right click and there will be option to extract here click on it
Extract the file to download and your problem should go away. If it still persists; please share separate query with screen shot
