How to register free domain name on hostinger

Here is problem which i am facing. I had getted a free domain but it is available on search engine

hosting company not allowed to use free domain (if you have paid hosting) so u have 2 choice install WordPress offline (local host) or in online you can search free hosting and domain name then install WordPress

okay so now you have to buy domain to , after that connect your domain to your hosting ,

*change name server for connecting your domain and hosting
