Download Xampp from official website i.e. XAMPP Installers and Downloads for Apache Friends and install in your system when you install its asking you to installation path please copy the path and after installation go to the installed path and find htdocs folder and copy wordpress source file and paste it here after paste the file go to browser type localhost/phpmyadmin for creating database and after creating database open localhost/folder name (wordpress folder name) and fit enter and fill the requirement for installing wordpress
