Theme upload and activate

I downloaded some themes from internet as shown in the video and upload and installed one of those themes. But now when I start the wordpress it shows me fatal error. It is as follow-
“Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_parent_theme_file_path() in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\construction-firm\functions.php on line 242”
